One of the best things about shopping with Pinc is that we will only charge you for your goods once we have checked that stock is available. We will normally e-mail you confirmation of order and despatch and call or e-mail you if there are any problems.
Your orders are packed and checked by Stuart, Natasha and Hayley who are happy to help you out if you have any special requests like gift wrapping etc.

Can I get a catalogue?
We're sorry, Pinc does not produce a catalogue. We recieve up to 40 new lines a week, so any catalogue would, sadly, always be out of date and costly.
Where's my order?
Firstly, check when you actually ordered the item(s). It may sound stupid, but many enquiries we get are about orders that were made after that days order deadline ( 4pm ) or over weekends. Orders on Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday. Despite our new stock system, it may be possible that your item is not in stock with us at the time you order, if this happens, we will order in the item, and normally send it within a few days, If you're worried about your order, or if you want the postage upgraded, call us on 01685 878798 ( outside UK +44 1685 878798 )
