1. Goods supplied are subject to the conditions contained in this document. Both parties must expressly agree any variations and this variation must be evidenced in durable form.
2. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
The seller will replace goods that fail to arrive, or which arrive in a damaged condition, providing the buyer (or agent) gave the correct delivery address. If the buyer (or buyer’s agent) provides the seller with an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all costs flowing directly from this error.
Notification in writing must be given to the seller within 7 days of the buyer receiving the damaged goods. Postage costs in this situation will be borne by the seller
3. DELIVERY
Delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only. Where a buyer (or agent) is able to take delivery but chooses not to do so, the goods will be returned to the seller and the buyer will bear the cost of this return
The seller may dispose of the goods at his discretion after 1 month. The cost of the sale and storage fees will be offset against the price of the goods. If the goods are to be re-delivered to the buyer (or agent), the buyer will be responsible for this cost.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
All information contained in this catalogue was accurate at the time of going to press. Please tell us if you have found what you feel is an error, we will do our best to correct it quickly.
5. UNWANTED GOODS
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchases. Just follow instructions below:-
For all exchange and refunds you must contact us in writing/e-mail within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You must return the item back to us with 7 days. If the date postmark on the return of your parcel is after this date we will not refund or exchange and the parcel will be returned back to you.
Exclusions do include all items from our lingerie dept. These items can NOT be refunded, so please make sure you select your sizing carefully and please feel free to enquire for any further information needed on these items.
If you wish to return or exchange please contact returns@pincclothing.co.uk to receive authorization for your return. When posting items back to us we recommend you purchase recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting which is available in the UK free of charge from any Post Office. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
You should expect to receive your refund no later than 28 working days.
All returns and exchanges should include a note of explanation regarding the reasons for return.
Shipping and delivery charges will not be refunded for unsuitable items.
Item(s) must be clearly unworn and all labels attached.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Lingerie/Earings and swimwear are not eligible for return
To protect our majority of genuine customers, we now take legal action to recover costs of dealing with items worn and returned, and where applicable involve statutory bodies such as police. As with many retailers, we now have ways of telling if an item has been worn.
6. DEFECTIVE GOODS.
All reports of actual defects in goods must be made in durable form to the seller BEFORE returning the goods, and within a reasonable time after purchase. The seller will act in accordance with the relevant legislation and where appropriate, a refund will be issued, along with the delivery and return costs. The seller will determine the method of return.
7. PRICE
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT
Special offers and/or reduced items are available for 23.59 hours from 00.00 hours until 23.59 on each day.
The seller reserves the right to repeat the promotion as and when required.
Special offers are subject to stock availability.
All delivery charges are listed in the “help” section, and on the “basket” page during purchase.
No additional charges are made for the use of credit cards.
8. SPECIFICATION
The Seller will include all possible known detail about the product in the description.
We usually include where possible, washing instructions, information about the material, as well as where the product was made.
If the buyer requires clarification on any point, or wishes to check suitability - the buyer should contact the seller in durable form to clarify suitability before the transaction is made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any special requirements are brought to the notice of the seller in durable form, prior to the contract being made.
9. RESERVATION OF TITLE
Goods remain at the seller's risk, until they are delivered to the buyer. Legal ownership of the goods will pass when the buyer has paid for the goods, but the risk remains with the seller until they are delivered to the buyer.
These terms and conditions do not affect a buyers statutory rights.
